Our commercial properties are all serviced offices or co-working spaces across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. We started with Perch Co-working in Bicester in 2017 and continue to grow our network of both sites and business community. We take pride in helping our clients to thrive and proactively try to connect them with customers, each other and sources of funding and ideas. Since 2012, we have built a network of high quality shared homes in Bicester. Starting with just one house, we now have over 100 housemates, working in partnership with another husband and wife partnership as co-founders of Bicester Living. A few things shape our shared approach:

We’re strongly values-led – this keeps our housemates at the centre of our world and keeps everyone focused on doing their best for them

We don’t use agents – our dedicated Property Manager, Cleaning and Maintenance team keep us responsive and in-touch with our houses

Wholly owned – we own all of our houses and don’t manage properties for others. This means we are invested for the long term and take a strong personal interest in getting things right.
