‘We wanted to create a space for business progression – where individuals could benefit from their own private studio space, but that still maintained a connected and collaborative atmosphere. To do this we created a design based on a courtyard arrangement, whereby all studios look onto a central Biophilia break-out zone and have a sightline to greenery from every angle.’

Perch Studios is an extension of Perch Coworking. Walk along a short corridor and you will follow the journey of businesses from start-ups and contractors to small and growing businesses with a permanent home. Our offices cater for companies from one to ten people and includes a number of hybrid offices where clients share an office for a few days a week each.
The connection to Perch Coworking means you have all the benefits of that site with reception services, meeting rooms, breakouts and printer/copier/scanner. It’s also part of our vibrant Perch business community with socials, events and significant amounts of business done between members.
Offices
We have offices from one to ten people in size, each with air conditioning. We also have hybrid offices – office shares on flexible terms where you can have your own dedicated space for a number of days a week, shared with another business who use it on the days where you don’t need it.
Our offices are designed along the principles of biophilic design to support your health and wellbeing and make them great places to work. Features include views of daylight / the outside, natural materials for carpets, wood grain finishes to desks and the offices surrounded by greenery inside the office space.
Desks
At the heart of our green biophilia area are a number of desks surrounded by greenery. You can use this inspiring space to work as either a breakout from one of the offices or as a co-working space accessed from the adjacent Perch Studios. You’ll be surrounded by real planting so great for fresh air and providing a peaceful place to work.
Phone Booth
Want to get away from it all or have a confidential call? The Nook is a sound insulated phone booth which you can use for a quiet call or simply to get away from it all for an hour. It is bookable by the hour if you want to reserve your space but is available free of charge to members who want to pop in for a while when no-one is using it.
