Our vision was to create a home for local businesses and innovators. We wanted to cater to the modern workforce, by delivering a sophisticated yet calming environment with amenities that go beyond anything seen in a conventional office.

In order to do this, we used a material palette that consisted of Crittal style glazed partitions, calming colour tones, natural finishes and industrial-style fixtures.

By mixing vintage pieces of furniture with bespoke made items, we were able to deliver a real sense of quality & craftsmanship to the space whose personality is informed by both the people working in it and the ‘community of local makers’ that contributed to it’s development.

Perch is a unique concept for Bicester – all the benefits and style of a central London co-working space without the commute or hassle of getting there.

Since opening in 2018, it has become a vibrant business community and venue for meetings, events and networking. It has desks, relaxed break-out areas and amazing coffee – the perfect space to find inspiration or get away from the bustle to get things done.

Single desk

Drop by any time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm to work at one of our large desk spaces.

Team tables

Ideal for team meet-ups or when you and colleagues need to catch up and collaborate. Get in touch via the web chat and we can reserve these for you for the day, half-day or just a few hours.

Meeting Rooms

Our meeting rooms are designed to help you collaborate in comfort. Ideal for team meetings, catch-up’s, 1:1’s, interviews or reviews.

Small meeting room – The Nest

A meeting room for up to six people. Set up with LED TV and pin-board display so you can get creative or share ideas.

Large meeting room – The Eyrie

A meeting room for 12 people. Large boardroom table, LED TV and sound-insulated room for confidential meetings.

Refreshments or in-room catering can be provided for all meeting room bookings.

Photo & Video shoots

The unique styling of Perch makes it ideal as either a centrepiece for events or a backdrop for photoshoots.

Event space

Photoshoot location

With a wide range of textures, materials, colours and lighting options, Perch can offer a wide range of settings for photo or video shoots. Our in-house photographer Massi Giorgesci can do amazing things in personal and professional photography. We have also hosted video shoots for social media, recruitment and training videos, client testimonials and promotional shoots. Brilliant meeting facilities. Most of my work is done remotely but I have used Perch several times for in-person meetings with clients or welcoming a new colleague. The space is beautifully designed and has a unique, welcoming atmosphere. I booked hot drinks and biscuits as well as a light lunch for my most recent meeting, which were excellent. I feel lucky to have such a fantastic workspace nearby.

I’ve used Perch on multiple occasions to varying degrees, and I can safely say it is the most impressive co-working environment I have experienced.

For the workspace itself, it is a wonderfully designed, open space where you can either pop in for some hot-desking, make it a more permanent co-working environment by booking a desk, or book in a meeting room. I felt proud working from Perch, with it’s open space feeling relaxed yet professional, and a buzz of productivity around the room. The meeting rooms in particular are very helpful, and I have used them from everything from hosting client meetings to having brainstorming sessions with the team.

Speaking of teams, the team behind Perch are brilliant hosts and a pleasure to work with. You’ll often meet Andy, Vashti, Jackie and Jane around Perch who are always incredibly welcoming and open to a chat.
