A great office with a lovely feel to it. Great to be alongside other friendly businesses and to be supported by the Point of Difference team, who made sure the office was just right.

The team at Perch Studios are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. They’re so welcoming and always happy to help with anything you need.

The space itself is beautifully decorated and is a very comfortable place for productive work. There are plenty of desks for hot desking, as well as spacious meeting rooms that are great for team meetings or client calls.

I also really enjoy the monthly breakfast that they put on for their members — it’s a lovely way to meet and connect with others who work at Perch.

I’d definitely recommend Perch Studios.

We couldn’t speak more highly of Point of Difference at the Bicester Innovation Centre.

From the moment we first contacted Jess back in January while looking for new office space for Autism Services Group, she was absolutely amazing — incredibly welcoming, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We moved in during March, and from day one, Zac, Simon and the entire team have been fantastic, helping us get settled and supporting us with everything from IT to telephones and all the practicalities of moving into a new office.

The atmosphere here is wonderful. Everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming, the facilities are fantastic, parking is excellent, and it’s the little touches too — even down to always having fresh milk in the fridge!

Most importantly for us, the environment is perfect for our clients. People sometimes come to us at particularly difficult or emotional moments in their lives, so having a calm, comfortable and welcoming space where they can feel safe and supported is incredibly important.

Since moving in, we’ve also taken on a second therapy room, which has been beautifully created and provides another warm, private and comfortable space for our clients when they come to us for support.

We genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better home for Autism Services Group. We’re incredibly happy here and cannot recommend Jess, Zac, Simon and the whole Point of Difference team highly enough.

Booked the Eyrie Meeting Room for 10 colleagues. The space was excellent, staff were very attentive and the air conditioning was a great relief. All questions were answered promptly; we’ll definitely book again!

Fantastic coworking space! Super welcoming atmosphere, fast Wi-Fi, great coffee, and ideal for getting head-down work done. Can’t recommend it enough.

The Innovation Centre is a great place to work from, the renovations that have happened in the last few years have really improved the feel of the building. The reception team are wonderful and so helpful; they create such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere.

I can’t say enough good about this place and the support I received from Jessica and the team. We were working a Saturday when they were unstaffed and it went without a hitch – the communication was amazing and instructions clear. The image that our clients will receive will be far more professional than I could have hoped. I highly recommend this team!

The Manse is a beautifully appointed and presented period building offering quiet, peaceful, office & meeting space with convenient on-site parking. All of the facilities were pristinely clean and fully functional. Tea, coffee & filtered water were provided for what I thought was a very reasonable price. The centre of Banbury is within easy walking distance. Jess from Point of Difference looked after me wonderfully so all of that said The Manse will be my first choice if and when I look to hire again.

We used The Nest within Perch for an all day meeting. It was well set out with everything we needed and easy to use. Perch offered us help finding good parking options.

What a wonderful find. The office was spotless and well equipped for everything I needed. There was free parking opposite and the local high street was within a 2 minute walk away. Jess and Jane were brilliant throughout the booking and my visit. I’d recommend here for sure and would use it again if I needed to.
