Tucked away in a quiet location near the centre of Bicester, this office blends loads of historic character with a modern refurbishment.  It’s located right next to one of the main town car parks – a great location for transport and close to all of the town centre facilities.  We love the natural materials, natural light and outdoor spaces – a fabulous base to work from.

To find our entrance, come out of the Cattle Market car park (OX26 6QB) and walk straight on a short distance towards the town centre. 

Before you reach the line of terraced houses, you’ll see a lane heading off to the side of them on the right – we’re at the end of that lane.

We wanted to retain the feel of a Victorian Bakery within the design and make the most of the lovely range of natural materials in the building. There is also an interesting contrast between the old and new parts which we have reflected in the fit-out and furnishings. This is a gorgeous old building with modern features and great outdoor space – all things we have worked to enhance in the final design.

The Old Bakery starts with two person offices and rises to suites for businesses of up to 12 people. All have plenty of natural light and access to a private outdoor area. All our clients enjoy 24/7 access which can be tailored to their teams with our state of the art access control system. Our rates are inclusive of all bills.

Studio-space

Studio space

Next to the Old Bakery, we have a double-garage sized workshop space with access to the courtyard and outside areas. This can be used for photographic work or studio space for a variety of purposes with the old Victorian bakery as a pleasant backdrop.
