The Nest meeting room
The Nest meeting pod holds between two and six people and is a comfortable, air-conditioned, self-contained room. Get creative with the tear-off brown sheet roll and pin ideas to the cork-board wall. We also have an LED screen for conferencing or discussions.
This is a perfect space for video conferencing or a one-person office in Bicester. Clients use it regularly for pensions advice, appraisals, interviews, business development meetings and personal coaching sessions.
The Eyrie meeting room
The Eyrie is a large air-conditioned meeting room with board room table and seating for up to twelve people. It is light, spacious and perfect for group meetings, collaborative working, brainstorming sessions, video conferencing and video filming.
The Eyrie is often used by remote teams to come together and work as a team in an “office for the day”. It has a state of the art videoconferencing Zoom Room facility with easy-access conferencing and screen sharing.
The Nook – flexi office
The Nook is a one person office which is available to rent by the hour, half day or day. It is tucked away at the back of Perch Studios and is the ideal place to focus, minimise distractions or do videoconferences.
Our flexi booking system allows you to reserve just the time you need – perfect for the odd hour through to a full day.

Whether you are using a desk for the day, having Perch as your base, or have booked one of our meeting rooms, we can offer a range of lunch options through our local partners in Bicester. We are passionate about supporting our local community to promote the Oxfordshire business community and keep food miles to a minimum.
We can organise ‘lunch at your desk’ for you – either for just for one person or for a whole team. Alternatively, we can order a variety of sandwich platters and salads all of which can cater for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free requirements.
