In the past, we’ve spent too long in dull, uninteresting office spaces – so we’re definitely not going to be doing that. We therefore create and run workspaces which are vibrant, funky and uplifting places to be. We know businesses today have a range of different needs that can change at short notice. That’s why we offer flexible contracts and a range of solutions ranging from fully setup offices through to simply reception services and meeting hubs. Oh, and great coffee.
We have a range of high quality rental homes in Bicester and York. In our shared houses, rent includes all bills, cleaners, gardener, fast wifi and a great community of like-minded, carefully screened housemates.
We are responsive, involved and professional NLA accredited landlords.

WHO WE ARE
Point of Difference is owned and operated by Andy and Vashti Bedwell. We’re a husband and wife partnership who have worked together for around 15 years and been married a bit longer than that. We share a passion for our business and for living life to the full.
I love working in property – the mix of great people and great buildings really inspires me. Over the past few years, I’ve developed a passion for bringing old, under-utilised buildings to life in a way that people engage with. Before working in property, I worked for large organisations predominantly in Leadership and Change management roles – a fulfilling part of my life but one I’m happy to have left behind.
Outside work, I love skiing, scuba-diving, supporting Sheffield Wednesday and spending time with our two boys Dan and Shaun.
Having been a stay at home mum for 10 fabulous years I was ready for something new but it had to build on what I loved while I was involved with kids groups, the PTA and being a school governor…….
Relationships is what it’s about – with our housemates, our clients, our trades, our cleaners. I love being part of a community and knowing we are making a true difference to peoples lives.
